Prices listed on this website are day rates in GBP and are subject to change. Final pricing depends on project scope, duration, equipment requirements, and location. All bookings require written confirmation and may require a deposit.

Service Delivery

We provide camera operation services as described. However, production outcomes depend on multiple factors including weather conditions, equipment availability, client direction, and on-set circumstances beyond our direct control.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service dates may incur cancellation fees. Weather-related postponements will be rescheduled without penalty when possible.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, footage captured during our services belongs to the client. We retain the right to use non-confidential material for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by contract.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific booking. We maintain professional indemnity insurance but are not liable for production delays, equipment failures provided by third parties, or indirect business losses.

Equipment Responsibility

When operating client-provided equipment, we exercise professional care but are not liable for equipment malfunctions or pre-existing issues. Equipment damage resulting from normal professional use is the responsibility of the equipment owner or their insurance.
